While many associate yoga with new age mysticism or the latest fad at the gym, yoga is actually an ancient practice that connects the mind, body, and spirit through body poses, controlled breathing, and meditation.
Instructor Ania London welcomes you to join her and experience your own journey. Classes are designed to be safe, challenging, fun, and inclusive to students from all backgrounds and levels of fitness. All classes are held at Tifereth Israel Synagogue and will last 75 minutes.
Participants will need to bring a mat and a water bottle.

What people are saying:
- I attended one complimentary yoga class. I enjoyed it very much and I found it, simultaneously, a good workout for my body and invigorating. My body felt very good the next day, too!
Randy
- I thought the yoga class was great! The instructor did a wonderful job of accommodating both beginner as well as advanced levels. As someone that is new to yoga I thought this class was challenging but also well within reach for a beginner. By the end of class I felt much more relaxed than when I came in. I hope you continue this program. Money well spent…

About our instructor:
Ania’s journey with yoga started years ago with the intention of improving her physical strength and flexibility. Soon she discovered that beyond the physical practice of yoga, there is a divine opportunity to experience living in the present, opening the gateway to discover the true nature of the self and the world.
She shares the beauty of yoga with her students, making it accessible to anyone, regardless the age, body type or level of fitness.
She has experienced different styles of yoga, but her true love is Vinyasa flow technique, where you “dance with your breath.” Her classes are Vinyasa-based, with the emphasis on breath. Her teaching is inspired by awareness of the profound effects of yoga in her own life.
“A few years ago I decided to dedicate my mind, body and soul to the practice of yoga. It was the very best decision I could have made for myself and my spirituality. Practicing yoga religiously has given me the utmost peace and serenity I have ever experienced in my entire life not to mention how it has totally transformed my body as well.” – Ania London
Besides a BS in Financial Management, she holds RYT-200 through Yoga Alliance. Currently she is in process of obtaining RYT-500 from Samudra Prana Flow School of Yoga under legendary yogini Shiva Rea.
