“Dream Your Way to Happiness”
Can a sunny outlook mean fewer colds and less heart disease? Do hope and curiosity protect against hypertension, diabetes, and respiratory tract infections? Do happier people live longer?
These are just some of the questions Tifereth Israel’s own Dr. Michael Mantell will answer in his always informative, engaging and enjoyable Shrink Wrap presentation in the Cohen Social Hall.
(You can even ask him about his recent Emmy nominated TV news show)…
Coffee and bagels are available prior to our forum (a suggested donation of $2 will cover the cost of food).
Michael R. Mantell, Ph.D., earned his doctorate at the University of Pennsylvania after completing his M.S. degree in clinical psychology at Hahnemann Medical College where he wrote his thesis on the psychological aspects of obesity.
