Sing to the LordWelcome to HaZimriyah, the Children's Choir at Abraham Ratner Torah School.

Featuring both traditional and contemporary Jewish music, your child will explore their musicality while participating in performance ensemble and taking pride in their own artistic accomplishment. The choir is open to children in grades K-5. Practice will be held on Wednesdays between 3:00 - 3:45 p.m. before Torah School.

It is fun! And your child will be enriched during this learning experience.

Eli Ghitman, the leader of HaZimriyah, graduated from Western Connecticut State University with a B.S. in Music Education. He spent two years in public education working with children from K-12 grade. He taught both choral groups and general music. Mr. Ghitman now resides in San Diego, where he teaches Pre-K at Silverman Preschool. He also works as the intern conductor for the San Diego Men’s Chorus.
