Sisterhood is a vital force at TIS. Sisterhood supports the congregation and holds monthly meetings, which feature educational, social, and religious programs.
Sisterhood sponsors Traditions, our beautiful gift shop, which houses a wide variety of Judaic ceremonial objects and gift items for purchase. Our Sisterhood bakes for our weekly Kiddushim and Onegei Shabbat, which follow our Friday evening and Saturday morning services.
Sisterhood also provides extensive assistance to our schools and youth groups, and offers scholarships to Israel and Camp Ramah for deserving youngsters. Its members also contribute their time and expertise to worthy communal causes.
